Understanding Pavement Preservation Equipment Needs of Contractors and Government Agencies

The latest Report Card for America’s Infrastructure, released by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in 2021, gave America’s infrastructure a C-. ASCE notes, “Growing wear and tear on our nation’s roads have left 43% of our public roadways in poor to mediocre condition, a number that has remained stagnant over the past several years.” Whether a government agency or a private contractor, your work in pavement preservation is extremely important to maintaining and extending the useful service life of our nation’s multi-billion dollar roads and paved surfaces infrastructure.

This survey is intended to get a better understanding of the equipment needs of the agencies and contractors who perform this vital work so pavement preservation equipment manufacturers can step up to serve those needs. Your responses to this survey will help them have greater insight on the pavement preservation market, including whether agencies and contractors are performing more preventive & routine maintenance, preservation, or minor rehabilitation, and their related equipment needs.
