Nicole Ostertag
Director of Business Development, Logistics, G3 Enterprises, Inc.
Nicole Ostertag is the Director of Business Development for G3’s Global Distribution department. Nicole joined G3 in 2019 responsible for G3’s national and UK 3PL and 4PL networks and rail procurement divisions. Nicole also managed key portions of the company’s transition to new technologies in the TMS, ERP and CRM spaces as well as the evolution of G3’s customer service group. Prior to G3, Nicole spent nearly a decade at Union Pacific Railroad holding roles across business development, sales and pricing for their petroleum, industrial chemicals, and food and beverage divisions.
In her current role, Nicole leads a team responsible for G3’s new facility and product development, customer onboarding, and continued expansion of G3’s 3PL network. Nicole’s responsibilities include market research and strategy development for investment into new and existing markets, direction over new solution development, pricing of services and sales of G3’s logistics solutions. G3’s logistics solutions include millions of square feet of rail-served warehousing, multi-mode transportation, supply chain analytics and logistics consulting.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems, both from Creighton University. Outside of work Nicole spends her time outdoors mountaineering, trailrunning, rock climbing and splitboarding.

Brad Busam
Vice President and General Manager, Global Distribution, G3 Enterprises, Inc.
Brad Busam is the Vice-President/General Manager of Global Distribution. Brad joined G3 in 2009 supporting the company in a business development capacity. He quickly transitioned into a role where he was responsible for implementing Sales and Operations Planning across G3’s manufacturing divisions. He then managed a team in Supply Chain responsible for integrated planning and procurement.
In his current role, Brad is the business unit leader for a Global Warehousing & Transportation Logistics team of over 300 team members. Brad’s responsibilities include setting strategic direction for growth, re-defining planning processes, securing investment, influencing a collaborative culture, prioritizing cost control, and creating an organizational design that utilizes the power of systems. He manages a broad operation that provides comprehensive solutions for customers operating within the food and beverage industry. Solutions include multi-node warehousing and multi-mode transportation (boxcar, intermodal, truck, and ocean).
Brad eared his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus.
